(that's 2 additional inches vs Jazzy Air 1). The most unique aspect of the power elevating seat is that it can raise or lower while the unit is in motion. Even chairs without power elevation rarely achieve such maneuverability and tight turning ability.  The Jazzy Air 2 features Active-Trac® Suspension which provides superior stability in both raised and lowered positions. The Air goes up to 4 mph when lowered or elevated. It also has an impressive 16.8 mile range with the standard U1 batteries or a 19.2 mile range with upgraded 40AH batteries. There are three different seat sizes to choose from and, unlike other elevating power wheelchairs, the footplate on the Air 2 actually moves with the seat as it’s moving up or down. The footplate is angle adjustable and has three different height adjustments. The armrests are also adjustable by height, angle, and depth so you’re sure to be comfortable in the Air 2.
